Group sessions can be fun as it could be work related, with friends, family or a special occasion. Private Yoga Session 1:1

This yoga class is for those that would like a 1:1 private session either in person or via zoom. Private sessions are specifically tailored to each individuals need. It could be alignment work, understanding a pose better, inversions or maybe your shy in a class and want the personal attention. I am excited to invite you to the ZenfullyKJ Healing Highland Retreat—a transformative experience designed to support deep rest, renewal, and reconnection.

Set in the breathtaking Scottish countryside, we will gather at the beautiful Glenalmond at Rachel Farms, nestled within a 100-acre Highland estate. Over the course of 6 nights and 7 days, you will have the opportunity to step away from daily life and reconnect with both yourself and the natural world.

Each day will include two thoughtfully guided yoga sessions, where you can breathe in the fresh Highland air, along with opportunities to experience calming sound bowl sessions. During your free time, you may choose to explore local offerings such as whisky tastings, scenic hikes, castle visits, or simply relaxing with tea taking in the views.

This retreat is an invitation to pause—to stop waiting and start fully embracing your life. You don’t need permission to live with intention or to reconnect with nature in a way that nourishes your soul.

Sun Salutations Flow

Ushering in the start of summer with our Sun Salutation (Surya Namskar) class. With the solstice comes new life, energy and the equal balance of light and dark. For this class we'll flow through three variations of sun salutations with synchronized breath movement. This class will create a warmth from within as you create your own sun while improving flexibility and strength. Let's honor and greet the sun in this flow!!

This class can be modified for pregnancy and is accessible to all.

Please bring your yoga mat and if you don't have one, we'll be more than happy to provide.

Power Yoga at TrainerSpace757

For those that want to move their bodies and get the blood flowing this class is for you!! We'll move through various poses using weights, blocks or myofascial release balls that challenge our mind and bodies, leaving you energized and free. Helping you with your strength, balance and mobility. Each pose builds upon the last weaving together a beautiful rhythmic vinyasa flow.

This class is suited for those with yoga experience.

Please bring your yoga mat and if you don’t have one, we’ll be happy to provide one if needed.

Mobility Movement Flow

Whether you’re young or aging backwards, being able to move your body is key. In this mobility class we'll practice a vinyasa style flow where we'll move through different asanas (poses) to improve our full range of motion, internally and externally. We'll practice strength, balance and coordination in every plane and range of motion.

Connecting breath to body to movement. If you’re ready to open and explore your bodies full potential this is for you.

Class is suited for those with yoga experience and prenatal friendly through the first trimester only with a yoga background.

Feel free to bring your mat and water if not we've got you covered.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Have you ever wanted a moment of restful sleep even if it's for 5-10 mins? Well let me introduce you to Yoga Nidra, (yogic sleep). It's a guided, restorative meditation done lying down in savasana. In this practice, the mind is guided between states of wakefulness and sleep. Focusing on intention and pranayama (breath) which allows the body to release tension and engaging in guided imagery to promote deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

Yoga Nidra has been known to reduce the physiological effects of stress and clear out unhelpful thought patterns to restore mental clarity.

You don't need anything for this class except a willingness to rest. All props will be provided.

Moon Salutation Flow

Have you ever practiced honoring the moon?!?! Well, here's your chance to join this Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) class. We'll be guided by the moon in a calming practice which is designed to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.

Unlike sun salutations, moon salutations are here to ground you and tap into your yin (feminine) side. This class involves side stretches, lunges and gentle backends making it an ideal class to wind down your night.

Join me as we honor the full moon under its guiding light and peaceful presence in this Moon Salutation 🌙 class.

Classes is accessible to all! Feel free to bring your mat, but we'll be happy to provide one if needed!

Soft Yoga

Join me for this beginner friendly gentle flow. We'll begin with centering and pranayama (breath work) leading onto mindful stretching by holding each asana (pose) allowing our body to feel, be grounded and aligned in our practice. Whether your a beginner or seasoned yogi this class is for you to take a load off and be soft with yourself showing up just as you are in that moment. Self care is soft yoga........

This class is accessible to all.

Yin Yoga

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) called Tao Yoga where we learn to create harmony between internal and external environments. Yin Yoga is a deep meditative practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the release of fascia and connective tissue which targets our tendons, ligaments and joints. This class helps to bring flexibility, joint mobility and overall health back to our bodies. Helping to reverse the toll that life takes on our bodies and bring back our fountain of youth!!

Class is suitable and adoptable for all with the use of props. For those that are pregnant this class is accessible during the first trimester only.

Restorative Yoga

Have you ever wondered what a chakra is and what it means to bring them into harmony?!? Well, here's your chance to join me for this hour-long chakra yoga flow. Chakras are those spinning wheels of life energy that are aligned to flow along the spine from the crown to the pelvis. For this class we'll open all 7 chakras with purposeful yoga movement to balance those wheels or bring them back into harmony. The harmonious flow of energy allows us to connect to our spiritual power within and that of universe leaving you in a state of pure bliss and transformation. So, join me for this loving balanced flow of energy!!

Warrior Movement Flow

Calling all WARRIORS!!! This class is all about finding your inner warrior (Virbradrasama). We'll flow like water through the various warrior poses finding our strength and courage within. Creating that internal flame and allowing our inner warriors to guide us through each pose building upon the last. Eventually creating a state of bliss as you recognize the strength you already had inside to overcome any obstacle. This class helps to build strength in the arms, legs, back and shoulders. Join me for this powerful yet invigorating warrior in movement flow!

This class can be modified for pregnancy and is accessible to all.

Sacred Sunday

Sunday starts the beginning of the week so why not embrace the day with a gentle and restorative flow. We'll begin with pranayama (breath work) then move through a few floor only gentle poses and last transitioning to restorative poses for the remainder. These restful poses are held for extended periods using blocks, blankets and bolsters, allowing your muscles to relax deeply, your nervous system to reset and your mind to enter a state of calm and clarity.

We’ll end class with a guided meditation into savasana taking you on a journey to further quiet the mind and restore balance within, with heated eye masks provided. This class is all about self-care so take the time to honor your mind, body and spirit with this Sacred Sunday class.

Bow and Wheel Yoga Pose Workshop was an excellent class. Karen prepared us by demonstrating each step to strengthen our bodies for each pose.
This gave me confidence to try and successfully complete each pose.
